The Letter E Winter Chill

The Letter E  Winter Chill..

It is coming... and then FALL will be over... I am not looking forward to the winter months... I LOVE the color all around me... I feel a slight chill when there is no color...  I LOVE COLOR... 

so this is the winter to me...

Mr. Crow is landing...

and he might not stay either... 

as it is chilly on the top of this post...

 

 

I love to do Zentangling...

and so I had to incorporate it into the project...

 

 

I gave the chill to the page by using the color blue... and also the metal leaves...

I dont' like to use alcohol in the cooler months... as the windows are all closed and it is very toxic to breath in... 

So I embossed the leaves and then took the alcohol ink and the leaves outside to color... 

 

 

Then I cut the leaves all apart and put them onto the background...

which.. Hels... if you are reading this... I shaded the diamonds in the harlequin design.  Of course I used the textured paste and then used Pamellia's technique of using the embossing powder... got it all nice and dry and then used a silver thin coat of silver ink over it... very watered down... so that it allowed the colors to come thru...
